Welcome to Thea's Heart!
All services offer sacred space for you to connect to the inner knowing that exist within all of us. Source utilizes my "hallow bones" to bring forth unconditional love and wisdom to guide you into heart resonance. Clarity and peace comes when you remember only love is real and all turbulence in your life is a temporary expression of the soul in life lesson.
My service work is more about allowing than anything else. Allowing you to remember how to discern the subtle realms of your intuition, to dialog while knowing you are not being judged when your find yourself confused, or when you have lost sight of your truth. The foundation of my work is to remind you that everything you need is within you and when asked, to assist you in accessing your truth.
Truths may seem painful to receive when locked into illusion and the egoic mind. Denial and chaos tend to go hand-in-hand. Breaking through the veil takes courage yet there is no time pressure or expectation on my part. Baby steps, ten steps back or giant leaps forward- it is your life and your choice.
In gratitude,
Thea

Self-Acceptance: Allow, Let Go, and Let Love Fly.
My oh-so practical husband approached me this morning with some advice. To prepare for his swami delivery, he placed his foot on the fine dining chair then rested his hand upon the top of the carved wood backrest. He said, “Get rid of the audience.” Pausing to get my attention, he said, “Somewhere down the road, you let in too many critics. The only being you need to be concerned with is Source.”
I was ready and needed to hear his message. I went upstairs into my healing room and imagined myself in an auditorium with a round wooden stage that provided a 360-degree view of everyone around me. I stood in the middle of the stage and began noticing all the folks I allowed into my life. Folks who were well meaning but critical, fictitious or real, anyone whom I believed to be more significant than Source itself. I thanked everyone for participating in my self-awakening process knowing that everyone played his or her part perfectly. I closed the curtain by slowly walking along side the stage gently pulling the red velvet curtains to a symbolic close. I walked over to my favorite chair and sat in the light of Source. I said, “It is you and me.”
In self-acceptance of all my “imperfections,” I am embracing my god self. I felt free to be me with no excuses. I thought about my manuscript in progress and smiled at the reflection. I had given myself permission to write, and express myself for the sake of self. Any previous agendas dropped away during the writing process. I appreciated the now and was grateful for the past. Then I came across a quote by Mother Teresa, “God writes through us, and however imperfect instrument we may be, he writes beautifully.” I understood that to judge my work is to judge Source. I now had the ending to my book. More smiles arrived as I contemplated the idea of taking the time to explore these feeling more deeply. I also felt joy as creativity and inspiration flowed within to support the work ahead.

Thrive Not Survive: Embracing the Spiritual Journey
When Source guides my soul to learn, I listen, take action and trust the process. To answer Source’s call requires changes, which often defy conventional thinking, to awaken the spirit. Energetic shifts and transitions, emotional and mental triggers that lead to spiritual transformations are part of the spiritual journey.
My soul led me to New Zealand where my third eye painfully opened and for the first time in my life, Source received my full attention. There were no distractions, other than pain, to keep me from being present to spirit. Each spiritual journey started out in the same way. I began to feel magnetically pulled in the direction Source wanted me to choose. Inner feelings led to conscious day dreaming where flashes of inspiration would form within in my minds eye. If I ignored my feelings, the messages would become stronger, and inner agitation would prevail.
Sometimes, spiritual journeys enable talents to unfold, spark creative interest, and test the readiness of the heart to flower. While visiting Mexico, I experienced massive soul retrieval allowing me to remember soul talents, recognize people who have traveled with me for many lifetimes, and healing techniques involving sound and hand placement. I also experienced, what some would call, a near-death experience. I physically felt what it is like for the body to die. The spiritual process requires a death of some sort. Death always involves attachment. I suspect one of Source’s favorite words is "Detach." Source probably started the motto: "If you hear it once, you will hear it a thousand times." There is irony in this statement for when I have been down on my knees, surrendering attachment with every aspect of my being, wholeheartedly willing to let go of things, people, places, the mind – everything – I am given more things or told to wait. Nevertheless, I am soul rich from the experiences. I trust more deeply, listen with appreciation and embrace life more fully.
